Where do you upload your test if the land portion is first?

We had to take our Covid tests this morning (passed!!! Yay) for the land part of our Land Sea tour.  When I went to upload them to the Medallion app it won’t take them yet.  It looks like the app is set to take a Covid test for the ship boarding only and not the land tour.  Did others see it this way?

 

We fly out tomorrow and I have printed out our test results and I will have them with me.  Will there be someone/somewhere on our land tour that will want to see this?

 

I can’t seem to find details regarding this anywhere other than I needed to have an AG test within 48 hours before our Land portion of the cruise.
