scubaran Posted March 1, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 1, 2006 does anyone know if u can do a refresher on board as i have not dived in a few years or will i be stuck to snorkling I haven't seen them offered on cruise ships that I've been on. The best way is to look for a local dive shop (if you're PADI certified you can use their website to find shops as well) and ask the next time they're doing a pool session. With spring coming quickly, I'm sure you'll have a few times to choose from. Randall

I think the cost is $50. You can check ot out at: http://www.newwaves.com Safe Diving
Genessa Posted March 2, 2006 #4 Share Posted March 2, 2006 does anyone know if u can do a refresher on board as i have not dived in a few years or will i be stuck to snorkling another option available on Princess is their Discover Scuba program. I'm a certified diver, but hadn't been on a dive in years, so I took one of their Discover Scuba excursions. It was great for me...brief enough not to be boring or repetitive...informative enough to be reassuring. Even better was the hands on, personal help in the water.
