Jjg34219 Posted July 31, 2022 #1 Share Posted July 31, 2022 We board Monday in Seward and Viking had us all test today…all meaning those on pre-extensions. I had thought for sure that requirement had gone away!

DarcyWilloughby Posted August 4, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 4, 2022 Just to clarify: we don't have to be tested on our own? Viking does the testing:?

IF you are on a Viking pre-cruise extension. If you are arriving directly to the ship for embarkation you may well need to take care of your testing yourself and provide your results at check-in. I believe a proctored Antigen test is allowed but not sure if it is 1 or 2 days prior to boarding time limit. Check your Viking paperwork.

(New document dated Aug. 2). As we have a five day pre cruise extension, I really don’t know what we will do. But a lot can happen between now and next summer!
