NCL Guest Relations Contact Info

Hello fellow cruisers. I’m still dealing with trying to get my refunds for a Hawaii cruise that was canceled on us in late May. I have a case number from NCL guest relations but I have yet to hear back from them and can not find a way to get in contact with guest relations. 
 

Does anyone have direct contact info to guest relations (phone number, email, etc)?

The official number is 866-234-7350, but I never got to speak to someone after multiple attempts. The message refers you to the online place to submit your claim. Wishing you luck, I am dealing with an overcharge on a recent cruise of over $1200 and submitted a form last week, all I have is a case number and a more expensive bill on my charge
