Harmony of the Seas Aruba Palm Beach at Night

Have a trip planned for January 2023.  I saw something offered called Palm Beach at night and was wondering if anyone that has done this can share information on what it involves and how you are transported - bus, cab-other, and what it is that you do and where.  There wasn't much detail and I first tried the Aruba ports page and the Aruba excursions page and didn't get any response. Thanks for any insight.
