Non alcoholic wine on what package?

We frequently travel with friends and he does not drink alcohol anymore. On our most recent cruise, we all had the AL package and he “downgraded” for a fee to the premium non alcoholic package. He was able to get non alcoholic wine at dinner. If they opted for the “cruise only”fare, what package would he need for this to be included?  I have searched and not found an answer.

Sorry I don't know the answer but I was wondering if you remember what he was charged to "downgrade". I'm thinking of doing the same thing and I'm also interested in the non alcoholic wine. Thanks!
