Do the state rooms having ironing boards?

why would you need an ironing board in the room when you are not allowed to bring an iron?

No ironing boards in the cabins because you can't bring an iron on board.

There is a laundry room on every deck. On the Inspiration the iron left a little to be desired. However, the iron on the Liberty deck 7 was very nice and clean.

When you get your 'Welcome Aboard' booklet that comes with your docs, please read it. It contains all the info you could possibly need. Irons, etc., are mentioned several times.
