Cruise leaves next tues 23rd. When do we do our testing?

We leave on TUESDAY, They say proctored antigen test can be done 2 days before.  is that 48 hours of scheduled departure time or is it just anytime within the 2 day window? For instance can we do the test on Sunday at 7am. Or do we have to wait until 4:30pm on sunday?

Bermuda is on the itinerary so they do need to be tested within 2 days (antigen) of boarding the ship.
