dawei Posted August 20, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 20, 2022 It feels like a Catch 22! Booked our first MSC cruise (Magnifica Genoa to Miami) with Guaranteed IB Interior. In signing in online, there is a banner urging folks to fill out the health assessment now and sign contract to receive e-tickets. However, to access the health forms, contract and e-ticket, a cabin number is required. The first agent I called said a cabin number will not be assigned until we're onboard. Obviously, that doesn't fly. Meanwhile, we'll be traveling for over a month immediately prior to the Magnifica cruise. Would appreciate some light shed on this problem, which never occurred before during our 30+ years of cruising. David
alohayall Posted August 21, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 21, 2022 Are you signing in with your Booking Confirmation No. or with your MSC account (email + password). I find the latter to be an easier way to work on my cruise account. This may or may not be the solution.
awhcruiser Posted August 21, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 21, 2022 You don't need a cabin number to sign in to MSC.
