How do I prepay gratuities online?

I am trying to prepay my gratuities online.  I feel like I am going in circles within my account and the cruise.  Can anyone give me step-by-step directions on how to get to the right place?  I'd prefer to handle online if possible.

In my case it prompted me during the original order. I can find no options in the website to change this, so I'm not sure if it can be changed that way.

 

If it's like any other cruise, I know you can arrange at guest services once things start, though.

Did you book through a TA? If so, call them to have them add the prepaid gratuities to your reservation. 
 

If you booked direct, then you will need to call them to do it over the phone.

If you didn’t do it when you originally booked you will have to call them to add……or if you used a travel agent have them do it
