cruiselover** Posted August 22, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 22, 2022 My husband and I are going on the Carnival Magic in October out of Norfolk, VA. The first week is Eastern Caribbean, so we don't need to take a Covid test under the new protocol (we are both vaxxed and boosted). Our second week is to Bermuda, which requires a Covid test for passengers. Does Carnival provide the test between cruises or do we need to do them on our own? I also didn't know if there is a charge for that service from the cruise-line. I didn't know if we should plan on taking the Covid test ourselves when the ship docks on turnover day. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much for any information!
Rare Jamman54 Posted August 22, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 22, 2022 You will be tested at no charge the last day of your first cruise. Just make sure that you are on the B2B list. You will be notified about the B2B procedures and when and where to report for testing. Enjoy your B2B! 😎
cruiselover** Posted August 22, 2022 Author #3 Share Posted August 22, 2022 Thank you so much, Jamman54! I was kind of hoping you might chime in on this topic. I know you are a very experienced Carnival cruiser! My husband and I have 25 cruises with Carnival, but this is our 1st B2B. We are excited to use our Milestone benefit of the 25% in onboard credit. Both of us gamble so some of the credit will be used on slot machines. Anyway, I digress here. Thank you for your response to my question!
