Princess Casino - Solo Occupancy or Double?

Hi Folks!
 

I can't find clear information anywhere. With a casino offer (e.g. 35% off + 400 casino spend) if a cruiser is sailing solo, do they pay solo occupancy? Or are they required to pay double? The princess website is TERRIBLE and has consistent issues for me when I'm going via email.

 

I've seen and heard conflicting information in multiple channels.

Solo is no problem...at least on comp cruises

Yeah, on comp'd cruises, that makes sense, I'm asking on discounted cruises.
