Pre-Cruise Show Booking

was just on HOS and the internet went DOWN for 4 hours on boarding day: (~12:00pm - 4:00pm).   Fortunately we had boarded by 11am and had everything booked by then.   Many passengers had to wait in line at On-Air bar for manual booking by staff.

Wonder why we cant book online prior to sailing, like before . 

Seems like they are back to almost normal sailing conditions . 

Dont know what holding off bookings until you are on board accomplishes.

It really makes the boarding process so much more enjoyable when you don't have the worry of trying to get show times that fit your schedule. I don't know what it accomplishes either.
