I would say this is an upgrade, tried to change to QV as on QM2 world in 2023. No can do as already done a transfer from a sector to the world? Also have FCC in the cost of the cruise. Customer service not even responded If you emailed them through the website it does take a while for the to respond but they will do so. Perhaps a telephone call might be easier?
