Ncl stock benefit application

I submitted the benefit clame form several weeks ago and only received a confirmation of recipient email.

My cruise is in 18 days.

Should I have a response by now? 
Where does the credit show up in my docs?

My stock holder benefit OBC shows up when I log into my NCL user account.  Normally, I've received the OBC within a few days; however, I didn't always receive an email saying that it's approved.

I’d submit it again and call.  
took mine under a week to get.   
go to NCl.com and go into your cruise summary. It should be listed there

I go to my NCL account and click on Vacation Summary.  It shows up right there under Vacation Add-ons where I also see things like my Free At Sea packages.

Got my approval in 24 hours a few weeks ago so you might want to submit again.

How does this work of you book two cabins? Do you get double OBC?

You will get the OBC for only the cabin that you're booked in.

My last one was done in under a week and I did receive email notification.

Only if someone in each cabin owns the 100 shares or more....
