Anyone Get a Response from MSCPlay?

Just curios to see if anyone familiar with MSC has ever heard back from the MSCPlay casino match program?  I have high level status with land based casinos and get comp offers from Princess and others, but I wanted to try MSC.  I inquired to see if they match casino comp offers from other lines and casino groups, but after 3 weeks I haven't heard a peep.   Just wondering if this (Casino Match) is a non-starter with MSC

Try calling 1-844-MSC-PLAY, that's their casino reservations line. I find the agents to be much more knowledgeable.

Thank you for the feedback.  I will give them a call and see if this moves the process.

We used UR Comped for match play instead of going through MSC and we were most pleased with how well it worked.  We did do match for ship card level.   We are now booked on our second cruise with msc using UR Comped.
