Upscale Dining

Yes, as Darinb1345 says, specialty dining reservations are visible in your planner after purchase.  For me, if I click on Planner and then scroll down to Day 3, it says at the bottom of the white box for that day:

 

(green checkmark) Activities

                                   Purchased 1

 

Then, if I click on the down arrow below that and the reservation details open up, showing time, restaurant, number of guests, and the option (after clicking on another arrow) to edit my reservation.
