Grand Cayman Jeep Safari Island Tour for Pregnant Wife?

I'm considering taking this tour , but my wife is four months pregnant. I'm wondering if anyone has done this specific tour and knows how rough the jeep ride is? The only part that looks questionable is the "off-road" part of the drive that goes to the bluff. Thanks for any feedback...

My understanding is that the tour is not a rustic kind of off-roading tour but more of a sightseeing tour on established roads. Carnival offers what seems to be a very similar tour and there is no pregnancy warning on their description for what that's worth.

 

I'll be taking the jeep tour you linked to in April...not sure when you are cruising but I'd be happy to report back on the experience if you like.
