Restrictions for Breezy Bay at Chill Island Bed rental (age and quantity) CocoCay

Looking at renting a bed at Breezy Bay at Coco Cay. Reading the restrictions it says 4 people and over 4 years old. My ds, dil, dh and I would like to do this with our gd who will almost be 3 by then. Does anyone know, will they count her as an occupant? Does anyone know why you have to be 4yo to participate. Has anyone done this similar thing? I thought it would be a great way for a home base and then when it was nap time, we could close the curtains and she could take a nap right there (maybe me too, lol) Would save a lot of time and just have a nice relaxing day.
