zackarykeef Posted October 9, 2022 #1 Share Posted October 9, 2022 Hi, all! I was adding the Bon Voyage Deluxe Package, which is champagne and strawberries, to our booking. I went through everything, entered my CC information, and paid. It took me back to the home screen, and I noticed the package was still in my shopping cart. However, when I check my account, I was charged. No where in my booking can I find this was added. Does anyone know if it shows up anywhere on my end, or the ship is just aware and will have it ready in our room? I want to make sure everything goes well, and definitely want to make sure it's on our reservation and that I didn't pay for no reason. I even re-downloaded my e-ticket, and it's not listed under purchased services. It's odd to me that it's not listed anywhere, and I worry if anything goes wrong, the only documentation I have of it is my bank statement.
