RCCL customer service sucks! So far I am NOT IMPRESSED!!!!!

Thank you all for all your help and advice. As I said, I would have been much worse if this board was not here.
Yes, things did work out, but I can't help but think that it was a little much to not have gotten any information until yesterday - 4 days before the cruise. To me, this really is not acceptable. And I have already written a letter, as someone suggested.
But what's done is done and I am officially stress-free now - well at least the bad stress! The "being-excited-stress" is still there, but I guess that's o.k. :p
