What is the current condition of the Ruby Princess?

We sailed on her earlier this year and I thought it's condition was terrible.  Everything seemed dirty and old, the sailing wasn't very full so I asked to change cabins because of its condition, the second was just OK.

 

The entire outside of the ship looked very rusty and old.

 

If anyone has sailed on her in August, September or October I would appreciate your evaluation of her condition.
