SparklyPinkCruiser Posted October 25, 2022 #1 Share Posted October 25, 2022 I am working on planning a cruise for the non-profit that I work for as a staff retreat. It will likely be on Liberty or Freedom. I am having an exceptionally hard time to find any details on what it would cost to rent out a conference room for a few hours per day. When I called Royal directly, they told me "you book onboard", but couldn't give me any clarity on the pricing, not even a ballpark. I don't want to get onboard to find out it is an additional $1k/day to rent a board room for a few hours. Has anyone had experience with renting out conference rooms and can give me an idea on pricing? We would need the smallest size possible as there are only about 10 of us. Or alternatively, has anyone ever done staff meetings onboard a ship and have other suggestions on where we could hold meetings?
OhioBill Posted October 25, 2022 #2 Share Posted October 25, 2022 You shouldn't have a problem as long as you're willing to work around their schedule for availability. They have not been charging for this service, unless of course you want to cater with drinks or snacks.
