Cheeseboy Posted March 5, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 5, 2006 I'm thinking of taking the Trevor Hudlin tour to include Nine Mile (Bob Marley resting place), and was wondering if anyone who's done this can tell me what the drive was like? I understand it's about an hour, but I'm wondering how scenic the drive was or wasn't - and I've also heard it's on some very narrow mountain roads. Also just wondering if anyone has any general comments or reviews on their visit there - worth the trip? Thanks.
bound4somewhere Posted March 6, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 6, 2006 Hey Cheeseboy. I have read some past posts from people that have done this tour on this board just recently. My fiancee and I will be visiting 9Mile with the Marva Shaw tour. This will be our 2nd visit to JA and 1st to Ochi. JA is a very lush, beautiful island...in my opinion that is:) Yes the ride I was told by Marva is 1 hour each way and seeing as it's through the mountains I cannot think of it as being anything less than scenic! I have been driven over JA roads and they can be a bit of a challenge BUT my thoughts are I'm on vacation...no problem, just get me there safe;) Go-4-it and Enjoy!!
