Mobility and tenders

Hope to get an input from those who sailed Ovation or Encore..

I am considering an Ovation voyage in March 2024 that calls to three tender ports in the Caribbean, all of which are very tempting. The challenge is that DW has back problems and is able to make a few stairs only. She walks OK on flat surfaces and swims very well. I called Seabourn's accessibility department that then redirected me to a shorex department. Bottom line, I was told that Ovation has a special lift for tendering on the starboard side only, whereas the tendering can occur on either side.

So, how many stairs would tendering imply? The same question is about the access to ship's Marina - it appears there is an elevator to get to Marina's level, but are there stairs to get to the water?

Thanks in advance!
