Raxter54 Posted December 14, 2022 #1 Share Posted December 14, 2022 Just received an email from "info@princessupgrade.princess.com" with a chance to bid for cabin upgrades. But clicking on the link, it goes to "upgrade.plusgrade.com/offer". Is this legit? Does this 3rd party handles Princess's upgrade bidding program? If it is legit, one more question - we currently have a mini-suite on the Ruby for our February cruise. One of the upgrade bids is for a "club class mini-suite". Is this an actual room upgrade (where we would be moved from our current room) or just an upgrade to amenities? Asking because I don't see a listing for "club class mini suite" on the Princess website... TIA for any information...

If you are more comfortable with it, you can also access it through your cruise personalized on the princess website with your booking number. If the upgrade is for a club class mini suite your cabin will change as the club class ones are usually mid ship (Assuming you’re in a mini suite currently.)
Rare Shelly97060 Posted December 14, 2022 #3 Share Posted December 14, 2022 Yes, legit! the Club Class mini will be the same configuration as your current cabin but will be in a different location (mid ship). Other than location what you are getting is Club Class dining - a dining area set aside specifically for Suites and Club Class cabins. No reservations needed and you get some special menu offerings each night in addition to the regular menu.
