How many days out will get flight arrangement from NCL?

Just got our BOGO flight details 43 days out.  Overall pretty decent - ATL-AMS-Tenerife with a 2.5 hr layover, and return LIS-AMS-ATL with a 90 min layover.  Delta tickets on flights operated by KLM (flight to TNS operated by Transavia).  Was able to select seats on all but the Transavia flight.  We'll see how it works out.  Would have cost $2300 per person for these same flights (although I probably could have found cheaper albeit less ideal times), BOGO cost was $1208 total.

i got mine about 30 days out from cruise date.  Look carefully at all the times and dates ( arrival date and time).  Mine had me arriving the day after the cruise, and leaving he day before the cruise docked.  A few frustrating calls to NCL Air took care of the problem.
