fedexretiree Posted January 7, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 7, 2023 We have a cruise booked and all we had to pay was port charges and a small upgrade fee for a better cabin. In the event that we need to cancel this, I understand that we will get the port charges back with no issues but what about the upgrade fee of 400.00?
