Question about canceling a Blue Chip Cruise up grade fee.... anyone have experience with this?

We have a cruise booked and all we had to pay was port charges and a small upgrade fee for a better cabin.  In the event that we need to cancel this, I understand that we will get the port charges back with no issues but what about the upgrade fee of 400.00?  One person said we would .....another said we won't?

Just wondering if anyone has had to do this.

As long as you are at least 2 weeks prior to sail date you get everything back. Yes, I have experienced.
