Trouble booking shore excursions

I am new to Princess and have been trying to buy 2 shore excursions however I get an error saying "guest with errors" and it won't let me purchase.

 

I called Princess and they said they cannot add them for me until day 330 and I am on day 341. But that I should be able to buy them online and they don't know why it won't work.

 

Anyone encountered this before?

Yes...I recently had this happen to me.  In my situation there was only 1 seat left on the excursion...I was trying to purchase 2 seats.  That is the exact message that I got.  BUT...you are so far out that I highly doubt this is the issue you are facing.  I'm not saying that this is the cause in your case...but check the remaining seats on what you're trying to buy.  It could very well be a website listing error and they don't have seats showing for some strange reason.

Yes, I chatted with a Princess rep and was told that my cruise was too far out to be able to book (over 370 days).  It is confusing, as I think in years past you weren't able to even click on an excursion to book until they were actually ready to be booked.

Thanks. I am trying to book cabanas at a few stops and one says 2 tickets left and one 4. So waiting makes me a bit nervous.  I guess I will try every few days.
