lavenderrabbit1 Posted January 13, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 13, 2023 Hello fellow cruisers, Am I the only one experiencing a discrepancy between what is in my order history and what appears on my calendar -these match- and what appears on the excursion page? We booked and paid two excursions with Celebrity, one in Bruges (“Panoramic Ghent by Canal Boat” and ) one in Portland, England ( English Countryside and Ford Abbey and they no longer show up on the excursion page. If they were cancelled and you paid with a credit card you should have received a credit. If paid with OBC that amount should be added back to your OBC. An excursion that doesn't show up on the excursion list is either fully booked or cancelled. No way to tell. I would think they are both fully booked. Many excursions on our cruise are sold out.
