Compensation for passengers who previously purchased a drinks package for 10 days and who only use 9. Doesn't that seem obvious to you?

Doesn't seem it warrants compensation:  after leaving port alcohol will be available as well as fresh juices, coffee, mocktails etc are available all day long.

Legally NCL is wrong. NCL sells a product that it does not supply. In addition, one can wonder if there is bad faith. This situation has been going on for a few months and NCL has not warned its passengers. A compensation seems obvious.

NCL's Scorn
There is a certain arrogance, even contempt, in the way NCL handles passenger criticism or remark.
So far they haven't deigned to explain why they don't serve alcohol at N Sun in Gibraltar.
