Iona quick question

Am I right in thinking Iona doesn't have a library?

In theory it does. However last week o lot about 20 books remained. It’s part of Anderson’s.

It has a fair number of books and there were quite a few left after the first rush last week.

I have just come off the Iona and there were very few books but this was looking after about 5 or 6 days into the cruise!

A lot of the books were likely disposed of during covid. They were on Marella Explorer last September and a pretty good library was down to a few shelves.

As mentioned above it does.  On embarkation day it will be well stocked, but leave it and it soon empties.  Certainly was the case in November when we were on her.  I suggested to a member of our party to grab a book whilst we were in there on embarkation day, but no, they would leave it till later in the cruise.  They didn't get a book!

On Iona last October I saw a man leave the library with 6 books. You can bet he is a 2 sunbeds man as well.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I will have a look first day to see if anything takes my fancy. If not I will have back up.
