I am maybe 1 for 10.  The quality was routinely so poor I just gave up and order a different dish and I was someone who ordered the steak and eggs for brunch dozens of times over the past 15 years of cruising on Carnival.  The strip loin to the filet is not even a comparison.  They should've stuck with the flat iron steak.
