Today, I called the Captain's Club to discuss a problem with my Points from my New Year's Cruise.  What a good experience I had.

I spoke with Ricardo in Mexico City.  He was professional, understood what my problem was, and fixed it efficiently.  What a change

from most call centers you get routed too today.  Kudos to Celebrity.
