I logged in the other day and my Captains Club status shows 0 points (we've taken 8 cruises I believe) and no previous cruises. I have emailed Captains Club for them to look at this but I know it could take a while for a response. Anyone else having this issue? Sorry, just saw that there is another thread for this issue.
