MSC Yacht Club - Concierge questions.

Hi All,

 

Sure these questions have been asked a hundred time before so please forgive me, but just wanted to ask some questions about the whole Yacht Club concierge experience before we set sail next week.

 

Firstly, we have a massage booked and also one of the carousel lounge shows, can we book these through the YC concierge or do we have to do this outside of YC?

 

Also, the bowling, again is this something that YC concierge can book for us (we have a fun pass) or do we have to go to the area itself? 

 

Finally, has anyone been on the Virtuosa recently and used the water park in the cold weather? Is the process the same as I have seen (queue up to sign a waiver and then book a time slot) or has that changed recently?

You can do it thru the concierge, although with the fun pass and the bowling, that might involve doing it at the bowling, not sure.
