Carnival Splendor Wifi - is it any good?

Hi all. We are considering a cruise on Splendor out of Sydney in June/July.
My husband can really only come with if he can work on board. This requires him to access the internet for a few hours each day, including zoom meetings.
Can anyone tell me if Wifi on board is good enough for this?
Thank you 😊

My on Splendor now waiting to get off.

There's a number of packages and tiers available for internet. The premium package claims to allow video calling such as Skype. I didn't get the premium plan so I couldn't test this personally but got the value plan for a few 24-hour periods. You can buy for an entire cruise or for a 24-hour period

I attached the Carnival FAQ which may help

I should add, my partner got the premium plan and we were able to order Skype to ring my mum but didn't try Zoom.

Skype seemed to work OK considering we were in the middle of the ocean

Thanks plettza- hope you enjoyed your cruise. This is good to know.
I wasn’t sure if you could buy internet day by day as opposed to the whole cruise - so that is good news as well!
I’ve seen a few articles saying that zoom does work for meeting purposes but extras like watching videos posted on a meeting won’t load.
Any excuse to book a cruise, so we will take the chance and report back!!
