bobby1119 Posted March 9, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 9, 2006 Has anyone even been in either of these cabins? They are categorised as CA Caronia singles on generic deck plans, but the detailed plans show that they actually have a bed and a sofa bed. I actually saw them in January in New York while aboard QE2 and was wondering what the experiences were of anyone who has been in them for a voyage. Thanks. Calliope Posted March 10, 2006 #2 Share Posted March 10, 2006 I was in room 3040 nearly 20 years ago. It was on the QE2's first round trip out of New Your after being reengined, so that should tell you how long ago it was. The room was quite nice with a generaous amount of storage space and floor space. Also the bathroom was large and had a tub.

As an English major, I also love your signature, too! Was that cruise 20 years ago to the Caribbean? I went on a late June 1987 Caribbean RT from NY and the ship had just be re-engineered. rjms74 Posted March 10, 2006 #4 Share Posted March 10, 2006 I have had CA cabin 2122 which is well situated and spacious with quite a large bathroom for a single cabin and it has good storage space. Kind Regards, RJMS74
