I just discovered this while trying to help someone find options for transfers, a new van/bus service (well, it's new to this route) called Go Opti.  As I've just discovered it I obviously can't vouch for it, but it answers a question that has been coming up a lot since NCL moved their "Venice" port to Trieste.
