Casino request for free play

Every cruise I go on I reach out to the casino for consideration for free play based on my past play in the casino. I have always received a reply with varying amounts rewarded.  I requested consideration for an upcoming cruise a month ago and all I have heard from them is they are busy and be patient or something like that. Has anyone else had the same problem lately?

I have had the same problem.  Requested in early December and have not head back with the same response.  Sent a second request last week with the same response.  My cruise leaves March 25 and hopefully a response will come before i leave.

I am surprised in that in the past they have been quite prompt with their response. Hopefully we will hear soon. I like to take care of all business ahead of time and check it off my list!
