Ncl excursion in Jamaica

Has anyone done the Jamaican cooking class and beach at Margaritaville in Ocho Rios?  Seems to be a ncl only excursion.  Can't find any reviews anywhere... dd is interested in doing it.  I don't want to book it if it's crap though....

Yes.  We did this excursion on the Escape in Feb. 2022.

 

We enjoyed the cooking class itself.  But, would not recommend the excursion as a whole.

 

Drinks were not included with lunch and that was not made clear.  After lunch we had a very limited time at the beach - loungers and umbrellas were provided in a small/crowded roped-off area.  The beach was not very nice - quite rocky.  But, there were nice views of the ship.  The tour organizers were not clear with directions about times, meeting places, etc.  I’m sure we left some people behind as a result.  On the way back we were forced to stop at a touristy shopping area which almost no one wanted to do - the majority just stayed on the bus waiting for the few who wanted to shop.
