Does Virtuosa have a free sauna or steam room in the gym changing rooms?

which says for Virtuosa 

 

“paid Coed thermal spa area with two steam and two saunas and other things. Free male only Sauna is located in Gym locker room”

 

surely the female Gym changing room would also have a female only free sauna?
