Green Grotto Caves/Falls

I was wondering if anyone had any comments on the Green Grotto Caves that end at the Dunns River Falls?

Hello Caramel ;-),

 

In June, we're taking a family cruise on the Caribbean Princess. We wanted to know about this too. It will be our "finale'" of vacations with our two wonderful daughters. Hope to hear some input soon.

Hi,

 

We did this tour in October 2005 and had a great time! The caves were slippery at points and some of the steps were really steep, so I wouldn't recommend it for someone who has any mobility issues. Also, keep in mind that the air in the caves is very still, which makes for a hot and sticky experience.

 

We really did have a wonderful time, though - the tour guides were great, and we enjoyed climbing the falls at the end of the day. Also, the bus ride was 45 min max to the caves, so we had plenty of time to experience the tour and were glad that most of our time was not in transit.
