Yacht Club Upgrade for Free Cabins?

Does anyone know if free cabins that you get from casino status (mine was from Ocean Casino Prime) are eligible for Plusgrade to Yacht Club? I haven’t seen any emails and its about 1 month to my sailing. Anyone know how i can get added to the Plusgrade list?

As far as I know the Casino Cabins are not eligible for upgrades. Could have changed now after Covid though.
To get the Email for Plusgrade you have to sign up for the newsletter under your booking number from MSC.

I went on the website and saw that you can only add your email addy to get the newsletter. There wasn’t a way to sign up using my booking number? How is that done?

Okay aaahh… let’s see…

 

you go on the website and in the top right corner you have a little figure. Click on it.

you should come to this website:

 

there you give in what it asks or click on Login/Register if you are a member of the voyagers club. 
 

then you get to the site with the informations of your cruise. The site were you can buy drinks packages and such. 
 

Scrol to the Bottom and you should see this:

 

there you sign up to the newsletter and it’s linked to your cruise!

YC no longer eligible for any casino deal.

That is as of this past January.

They're afraid that if you're in the YC enjoying that experience, you won't be in the casino gambling 😁
