Group booking on Iona

Does anyone have experience booking 8-10 cabins on Iona?

I am planning a cruise on Iona for my 50th in July 2024 and so far I’ve got 14 people confirmed, possibly 6 more.
I called P&O to see if a group booking can be done and basically got ‘computer says no’

my big concern is dining.. as it’s freedom dining only I am concerned it’s going to be a mess.  Even getting us in Epicurean on my birthday is by chance as cannot pre book.

does anyone have any tips on how to organise this size group??

It may be a better idea to book this through a good TA (with a booking of that size you might get a bit of a discount as well!). That way they will have the hassle and not you.

Dining may be something of an issue due to table sizes - not sure what the largest are on Iona but I doubt there will nothing bigger that 10.

As for Epicurean - your TA might be able to organise something or you could try emailing the ship 10 days or so before the cruise or, as a last resort, call in there as soon as you get on board.
