Water bottles while boarding and what drinks are free

Apologize, newbee going in two weeks from Port Can.

 

I have seen other cruises allow a case of water to be brought on ship.  Do you guys know if MSC allows this, and what do people put them into their luggage?  Or is this not allowed.

We signed for for a good drink package for me and the wife, but no package for the kids.  For a really short trip no need.  Its purposely hard to get finite information on what drinks are included for free (of course so they can upsell).  I'm assuming from research
tap water
lemonaid
at the buffet for free.
Is there any other drinks included for free and at any other locations besides the buffet?  Def gonna bring some good refillable bottles to help.  thanks.

MSC doesn’t allow any beverages including water to be brought on board. 
 

It is my understanding that if you are all in the same stateroom the children get the age appropriate package. 
 

Water bottles are included in the drink packages.

I must clarify that the kids and we are NOT in the same statement.

 

"We" have the drink package

"Kids" have none

 

Just trying to clarify what comes free with NONE and where you can get anything free besides the buffet room.  thanks
