masque Posted March 11, 2006 #1 Share Posted March 11, 2006 We have just booked a Hump cabin(7318) on the Explorer. Can anyone tell me if this a good location? We have never stayed in a Hump cabin. How are the views? Is it noisy? Should I change cabin location? Any help please:)

We had the same room on Voyager in September it's just great all around. Very convenient to the elevators, centralized so you don't feel much movement , and with the hump you have a great view of each side of the ship along with your privacy. Enjoy it. You have a sought after cabin!! We have a AFT cabin on the 9th floor on the Explorer this year so we are trying out the AFT's hopefully it will be just as good as the hump!!! Oh and just because your near the elevator doesn't mean it will be noisy...There is a wall between the elevator area and the hall way to the cabins so you don't hear a thing. And the doors to the cabin are really heavy so you can't really hear anyone outside of it.
