Dolphin excursions

Hello all:

 

has anyone done the Dolphin swim either on Grand Bahama or St. Maarten? We are sailing on the constellation in April and wanted to do one of these but can not get a clear understanding if we are in the water and swimming with the Dolphins. Also what does swimming mean - do you get pulled by the fins or they swim by you and you pet them?

 

Any help would be appreciated.
