I don't really gamble but one of my employees is going on a cruise in a few weeks and he asked if you could use cash in the casino? I couldn't remember. The only thing I do is that quarter machine that slides back and forth. I know that you can put cash in it.

Yes absolutely, all the slot machines have bill acceptors and the tables can all exchange cash for chips.

Yes, in my experience you can on blackjack and slots and likely other games.

I noticed on Celebration they didn't have any, only crane machines.

 

Made me wonder if they're eliminating those.

You should let them know that they won't get cash out of slot machines if they're using players card (sign&sail card).  In that case, it will stay on card in player's casino bank, which can be cashed out at cashiers window.
