Main Dining Table Assignments for Group

Just booked a family cruise last night for March 2024.  We booked 3 cabins separately so our young adult kids can pay for their own cabin at their own pace. We all chose early dining and want to sit at the same table together.  Should I call Carnival now to get that set in their system or should I wait closer to the actual sail date?  Thanks!

Might as well wait until you have a few items to call about, to minimize phone calls. 

 

No urgency but no harm in calling sooner either.

All you have to do is go into your cruise manager and add your “friends” who are cruising with you. If you used a pvp, they should have already done it.

go to booking and order details

scroll down about half way to Your Cruise Companions

 

If you’re already linked, it will show there. If not, you can do it yourself from here, just go on down the page to Missing Companions? You can add them here. You’ll need their email and whatever else it asks for. An invitation is sent to them and when they accept, it adds them to your companions.

Thanks. I do have everyone's name and VIFP on my list of travel companions so that's a good start. I will wait closer to cruise time to call Carnival and confirm we will be seated together.

If you want to make sure everything set after doing as previously suggested, go see the matre d on boarding day. Where and when to see them will be posted in funtimes or app.

 The first thing we always do is check the dining room and table assignments on our sail and sign cards to make sure we’re all together. If not, then go see the maitre d.
